Overview

The goal was to manage HV cable routing and load transfer so electrical connections were not carrying unintended mechanical loads. The work focused on practical retention geometry, packaging, and durability, with each prototype iteration informing the next revision.

What I Built

  • Strain-relief concepts for HV cables in a constrained routing environment
  • Retention geometry aimed at protecting connectors and cable terminations under load
  • Iterative design refinements balancing packaging, serviceability, and robustness
